How paid services are fulfilled
RentaFriend primarily coordinates digital booking and real-world appointment-based services. There are no physical goods by default.
Service Delivery
The selected companion/helper performs the permitted service at the agreed time and location, subject to the booking terms.
No Physical Goods
RentaFriend does not normally sell or ship physical products through the booking flow. Any future physical-product category would require separate terms and compliance review.
Non-Fulfilment
If a confirmed service cannot be delivered, the applicable cancellation/refund process is followed.
